Impressions of the headquarters
Our company headquarters and warehouse are conveniently located in Hennef, in Germany’s Rhein-Sieg district. In a 10,000m² space, operating and service departments work closely together: short paths enable excellent processes for our customers. Get an impression of our headquarters!
Incoming customer enquiries are handled in a highly professional manner - the basis for this is our high-quality products and a well-rehearsed and excellently trained team. To be able to advise our renowned customers directly and intensively on site, we need you as a strong sales personality. Intensive training at our headquarters will prepare you for this exciting position.
Your core responsibilities are:
- Analysis of customer needs and preparation of bespoke and cost-optimised offers
- Advising our clients in matters of building law and building technology
- Sales negotiations, closing contracts and follow-up of open quotations
- Collaboration with our customers and project management team for on-time project implementation
You bring:
- Completed commercial and/or technical training
- Preferred, but not required, are sales force and sales experience as well as proven success in industry
- Contract conlusion strength, perseverance and high intrinsic motivation
- Passion for sales and affinity for technical issues
- Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- High willingness to learn and travel as well as interest in a long-term cooperation
After a comprehensive on-boarding programme you will work independently in a dynamic team and owner-managed company with a flat organisational structure. Modern means of communication (mobile phone, laptop) as well as a company car, which can also be used privately, are part of the equipment. The possibility of a steep development curve is included and based on your performance.

As a project manager, you are responsible for the optimum planning, monitoring and completion of our temporary building projects. As a link between the customer and the sales team, you have direct influence on all major project participants. Together with our sales team, you also represent our company in public, in a professional, responsible manner.
Your core responsibilities are:
- Completion of (large) projects in a timely, professional manner, in close collaboration with our main customers
- Coordination of projects as a solution-oriented and cross-functional leader with a strong focus on implementation
- Provision of professional support for colleagues in the department on the technical implementation of projects, know-how and product expertise
- Project controlling and compliance with defined project budgets
- Correct application of existing system statics as well as their further development, in collaboration with external service providers
You bring:
- Completed technical qualification, preferably as part of a civil engineering degree
- The desire for ongoing personal development and for seizing opportunities in a rapidly growing company
- High levels of self-motivation and the ability to get things done
- Some previous project management experience desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software (e.g. Inventor)
- Willingness to travel (20%) to coordinate our construction sites
