Herchenbach lightweight buildings offer several advantages compared to other types of construction, such as steel construction or solid construction, when it comes to costs.  

  • Building construction with no foundation
    Lightweight buildings can be erected on almost any surface. This means you save not only time, but also the costs of an expensive foundation. If the conditions on site are suitable, the most cost-effective method is to anchor the building frame with ground spikes.
  • Fast assembly
    The system design offers further cost savings. This ensure fast assembly. For a 1,000 m² warehouse, we estimate an assembly time of around five working days.
  • Buildings with industrial PCV tarpaulin
    Our roof tarpaulin represents a further cost benefit. The tarpaulin is made of extremely tear-resistant industrial PVC. It is not only quick to assemble, but also inexpensive to purchase. At the same time, it has the same robust properties as a roof made of trapezoidal steel profiles and makes the lightweight building eligible for permanent use in accordance with DIN EN 1991.
