Information for Whistleblowers - Online Platform
In accordance with legal requirements, we offer our employees, suppliers, and partners a new whistleblowing service through a dedicated platform. This platform allows you to report legal or ethical misconduct or wrongdoing within our company, either anonymously or by providing your name.
Reportable violations include, among others:
- Violations of applicable laws or company policies
- Improper handling of hazardous materials
- Data misuse
- Corruption
- Violations of occupational safety regulations
Reports can relate to the behaviours of employees as well as third parties (external business partners or service providers) who violate legal regulations, company policies, or operational/collective agreements.
The whistleblowing system is available to you if other reporting channels through supervisors or other contacts have been unsuccessful and/or you fear disadvantages when uncovering the violation. It offers you the opportunity to make confidential and protected reports.
What can you do?
If you witness misconduct or even only become aware of such situations incidentally, or if you are pressured by a colleague or supervisor to perform a certain action, you can make a trusted and protected report through various reporting channels. This can be done anonymously or by providing your contact details.
How can the report be made?
You have the choice to make a report anonymously or with the voluntary provision of your personal data. Simply use the online platform to submit a report.

Confidentiality and Information Disclosure
Every serious report is carefully reviewed and processed. If the whistleblower discloses their identity, the reported information, including the names of the persons involved, will only be disclosed to third parties if ordered by courts or authorities or if the affected person has explicitly agreed. In the case of anonymous reports, the identity of the whistleblower cannot be determined even by requests from the public prosecutor's office and therefore cannot be disclosed.
