Sales Director USA - Market Entry (Dallas, Texas)

Are you ready to lead our expansion in the U.S. market? What began in Europe in 1924 and has grown into a market leader for modular warehouses is now coming to the United States.

As our Sales Director, you will spearhead our market entry, build organizational structures, lead a high-performing team and drive our growth from the very beginning. We will start in Dallas, Texas, with plans to expand into additional regions within the following years.

Your Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of building and leading a high-performing local team across Sales (Marketing, Inside Sales, Field Sales) including recruiting, training, and managing the entire sales process
  • Design marketing strategies in our new market
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with key customers and strategic partners
  • Establish and promote a value-driven, performance-oriented company culture with full operational accountability
  • Report directly to the executive management team in Germany
  • Collaborate closely with central corporate departments such as Finance, Legal, and Operations

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including several years in a sales leadership role
  • Proven success in building sales teams and structures from the ground up – you have a strong entrepreneurial and pioneering mindset
  • Ideally, proven success in the B2B environment of modular products and solutions, as well as a solid basic knowledge of performance marketing.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strong initiative, and a hands-on approach – you will personally support initial projects from start to finish
  • A technical degree and construction experience are not required. However, a technical interest and willingness to learn about our products and processes is essential
