Insulated or non-insulated wall cladding, different types of roofing and accessories can be selected to go with the aluminium profile scaffolding. Do rented buildings need a foundation?
Warehouses and logistics buildings made of aluminium are very light and highly stable. That means that in many cases they can be anchored to existing ground with inexpensive ground spikes. This not only saves time and money on laying a foundation. When the building is no longer needed, it can be fully dismantled again without a trace.
Can I use a rental building without planning permission?
A rented lightweight building can be used without a building permit for the first 3 to 6 months in accordance with DIN 13782. We will support you in obtaining planning permission during this time.
