The fields of application of our industrial buildings are just as diverse as the stored goods they are protecting. But one question seems to concern all of our customers: How can warehouse space be quickly created which meets our company’s specific needs? With this in mind, Herchenbach offers a modular system for temporary buildings in three designs. Depending on what goods are being stored, the buildings offer protection against weather, moisture, frost, heat or sunlight – therefore providing the perfect weather protection for all your storage requirements.
Optimum UV protection
Our roof cladding is made of extremely tear-resistant industrial PVC. It is not just more cost-effective than other roofing, it is also extremely durable. Last but not least, Herchenbach buildings are certified for use for up to 50 years. They are translucent, meaning the building does not need to be lit during daylight and they also offer protection against 99.8% of UVA and UVB radiation. And when summer draws to a close: Frost protection offers additional insulation.
Safety during strong winds
Different wind zones? Not an issue for our temporary buildings. Our TÜV-inspected statics are designed in such a way that we can directly cover 90% of ground. For zones with particularly strong wind conditions, such as coastal areas, our single statics are the ideal alternative. And while you don’t need to worry about it over the summer months, we have already got the cold period covered. Even snow load zones are implemented in our statics.
Protected against rain and hail
Herchenbach uses roof cladding made of extremely tear-resistant industrial PVC textile for its roofing. It is resistant to rain and hail and is certified for use for up to 50 years.

Canopy
A canopy enables the useable space around the building to be extended. This means your goods are protected against what the weather has in store, whether on loading ramps or entrance areas. As such, the space outside the building can be used for order picking – and your stored goods are nevertheless protected from exposure to the weather.
Gutter
Quickly fitted, the gutter directs rain water in the right direction. The number of drains is dependent on the size of the roof area. We calculate one drain per 150 m² of building space. Furthermore, we offer accessible insulated or box gutters for multi-aisle buildings. And if your building needs to be used whatever the weather – we provide box gutters with additional gutter heating.
Condensation protection
Due to temperature fluctuations between the inside of the building and the outside air, condensation may form on uninsulated roofs. Protect your goods with an inner tarpaulin, which we insert in parallel to the actual roof tarpaulin in a swift and simple manner. This additional tarpaulin collects condensation and drains it via the outside walls. If a gutter is fitted on the building, condensation can flow directly over the tarpaulin into the gutter.
