Modular prefabricated buildings
Prefabricated and quick-assembly buildings are built using a modular design method. The basis is a stable aluminium frame, which is fitted with wall cladding and a roof tarpaulin after assembly. The roof tarpaulin made of highly tear-resistant, translucent industrial PVC and allows sufficient daylight into the interior of the building. The wall cladding can consist of trapezoidal sheets or ISO panels, depending on the intended use. Prefabricated and quick-assembly buildings are suitable for permanent use in accordance with DIN EN 1991. They are quickly dismantled if the need is only temporary, e.g. for one or two years, but if required, they can also be used for up to 50 years.
The modular buildings can be erected on almost any surface. This saves companies the costly task of laying a foundation. It also saves time. In classic steel or solid construction, a foundation is required, which means that the buildings take significantly longer to erect. The costs for prefabricated and quick-assembly buildings are correspondingly lower. In addition, it is possible to extend a prefabricated building at a later date, should the internal processes or a different storage strategy require this.

The prefabricated buildings can therefore be perfectly adapted to the respective application.
