Aluminum hall without building permit

Herchenbach's aluminum halls are "temporary structures." These halls, available for rent or purchase, can be erected without a building permit for a period of 3 to 6 months. During this time, Herchenbach's experts will support you throughout the permitting process. At the same time, Herchenbach aluminum halls are approved for "permanent construction" according to DIN 1991. Therefore, with a building permit, the halls are certified for decades of use.

Unheated halls and insulated tent halls

Our industrial tents are constructed from aluminum profiles with insulated and uninsulated exterior walls. Our hall system offers sheltered structures for handling non-perishable goods. Cold storage halls are a practical solution for non-perishable merchandise. Insulated heated storage facilities with sandwich panels or sandwich elements provide optimal insulation.

The roofs of our aluminum tent halls are made of highly tear-resistant industrial PVC. Our aluminum halls, available for purchase or rent, feature the typical Herchenbach roof design with a sloping roof. The assembly of aluminum buildings, with or without sandwich panels, can be carried out on almost any surface. A foundation is usually not required, resulting in cost and time savings. We typically need one week for the completion of a 1000 m² aluminum building. This means you can use your new storage space permanently just a few weeks after your project inquiry.
